We are continuing to address the impact on Backup-Restore jobs within the me-central-1 AWS region. Our engineering team is collaborating with AWS to achieve a complete recovery of the affected regional services. We are observing preliminary signs of stabilization, however we are taking a cautious approach to ensure data integrity and a full restoration. We remain committed to transparency and will provide further updates as soon as actionable information becomes available from AWS. Please feel free to contact the Druva support team at support.druva.com. Druva Support

Current status: We've determined a recent improvement to Snowflake alerts creation and alteration contains a code issue, which is causing the impact. We've developed a fix and are rolling it out to restore service. We'll provide another update within 6 hours. Customer experience: Customers hosted in the specified regions may be unable to create or alter Snowflake alerts. ETA: Our current estimate is that service will be restored for all affected customers within 6 hours. Customers will see relief as the fix rolls out. In the meantime, affected customers using replication in an unaffected region may initiate their failover procedures as a way to bypass the issue. Workaround: There are currently no available workarounds for this issue. Incident start time: 14:53 UTC March 14, 2026

AWS services in the UAE region (uae01) continue to be severely disrupted due to infrastructure failures. As AWS has not provided any new information on their recovery efforts, we anticipate it may be a significant amount of time before AWS restores full service in the UAE region. Our priority is to help customers get back online quickly by setting up a new, no-cost container in our supported region in Frankfurt, Germany. This would be a fresh instance as back up data is not accessible from UAE and migration of data is not possible at this time. To begin this process, please reach out to, or respond to outreaches from, your account team. In addition, UAE-based cloud scanners will experience timeouts; users should update scan configurations to utilize a different region's cloud scanner. We will provide updates as new information becomes available. If you have additional questions, please contact your account team.
